1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Austral Macro website, terminal, data and connectors (together, the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Beta service

The Service is currently offered as a private beta. It is provided on an evolving basis; features, coverage, availability and pricing may change, and the Service may contain errors or be interrupted. Access may be granted, limited or revoked at our discretion during the beta.

3. Accounts and access

Access is granted per named user. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Demo access is time-limited and intended for evaluation. You may not share seats, resell access, or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits or usage metering.

4. Data, sources and no investment advice

The Service reproduces and derives from publicly available data published by third-party official sources, including national central banks, statistical offices, finance ministries and multilateral institutions. We do not warrant that such data is accurate, complete or current, and source publishers may revise their data at any time.

All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape, bulk-download or redistribute the Service or its data except through interfaces we provide for that purpose; (b) use the Service to build a competing dataset or product; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (d) use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party source terms.

6. Intellectual property

Underlying source data remains the property of its respective publishers. The Service's software, taxonomy, analytics, derived series, and presentation are owned by Austral Macro. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austral Macro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
